Contractor: G&S Construction Final Construction Cost: $225,000 A small single story Marina District commercial space was remodeled and expanded with a three-story addition at the back and a one-story addition above the existing store. The upper levels are leased as 2,700 square feet of offices divided into three spaces. The downstairs is a 1,800 square foot retail space formerly housing the Marina Cyclery including sales and repair areas. A full seismic upgrade was done to the existing building. The project was built in two phases starting with phase one, which was the new three story building addition at the back. A disabled accessible restroom was added at the ground floor.
