Feet of Project: 120,000sf Owner: New College of California Construction Budget: $6 million This project involved two master plan feasibility studies for a new central campus for New College of California reusing former industrial buildings at sites in the Mission District and Potrero Hill neighborhoods of San Francisco. New College, a private school, offers programs in law, humanities, psychology, science and teaching credentials. The work was done in collaboration with Arnold Lerner.
